Training Standard

Training is led by Lewis Powell, recognised as one of the leading Kambo practitioners in the UK.

This intensive training follows the KPA Practitioner Training Workbook and covers:

🔹 Introduction to Kambo – History, traditions, and the role of Kambo in the Matsés tribe.
🔹 Science & Peptides – Understanding Kambo’s biochemical properties and physiological effects.
🔹 Traditional Applications – Burn techniques, point placements, and variations.
🔹 Contraindications & Safety – When Kambo should and shouldn’t be applied, ensuring safe practices.
🔹 Client Preparation & Aftercare – Best practices for preparing clients and providing post-treatment care.
🔹 Energetic & Spiritual Components – Exploring the role of intuition and energy work in Kambo.
🔹 Ceremony & Holding Space – Creating a safe and supportive ceremonial environment.
🔹 Ethical Practice & Practitioner Responsibility – Maintaining integrity in Kambo work.
🔹 Giving & Receiving Treatments – Participants will both administer and receive Kambo to develop hands-on skills and deepen their experiential understanding.
🔹 Practical Applications & Client Sessions – Real-world experience to build confidence and competence.

Upon completion, you will be certified to administer Kambo safely and have the opportunity to join the KPA network.
